The DACE Ultima HT 18/36 (High Traffic) is the follow up to the hugely successful Condo motor, taking its name from its running speed at 18 meters per minute at 12 volt or 36 meters per minute at 24 volt.   

The DACE Ultima HT 18/36 Automatic gate opener can handle gates up to 11m long and 600kg in weight. Reinforced with a steel drive cog this High Traffic Residential electric slide gate uses a combination of advanced technology and timeless design to support the day-to-day activities of residential and Light commercial properties.

Some of the amazing new features of this model are adjustable operating speeds, an interactive voice guided control board and a USB port for on site updates a downloading operating logs for trouble shooting, just to name a few.
